Wufengchi Waterfalls

Wufengchi Waterfalls (中文版: 五峰旗瀑布) is a 3 tier waterfall group in Yilan, Jiaoxi County. It's well marked and easy to get to.

The entrance has bathrooms, plus food and other vendors. The lowest tier, tier 3, is just inside the entrance. It's not very tall, but it's possible to swim there.

The path to tier 1, the largest waterfall, is officially closed, but I went anyway. The path is in good condition, but here is a risk of falling rocks. It is a short walk, but mostly stairs.

The top tier is spectacular. I really like it. A very beautiful waterfall. Unfortunately, until they lift the falling rocks warning, I don't advise swimming there.
