Jiuliao Waterfall

Jiuliao Waterfall (中文版: 舊寮瀑布) is a tall, less visited waterfall in Yilan, Dongshan Township (宜蘭縣冬山鄉). The trail sustained minor damage from a storm, but is in otherwise good condition. It's a little over 1km from the parking area, or half that if you're driving a motorcycle. The trail is very natural and beautiful. It's easy to follow. A round trip takes about 30 minutes.

The waterfall is tall, with a small pool. It's big enough for splashing, but not big enough to swim in. You can get there by going down from the platform on the left side.
