Wanrong Waterfall (中文版: 萬榮瀑布) is a colorful waterfall in Hualien, Wanrong Township. There is a hot spring in the waterfall. Warm water flows out of small holes in the face of the waterfall, but quickly mix with cold water from the river. The pool in front of the waterfall is deep and great for swimming. Wanrong Waterfall is about a 10 minute hike from Malishaka Cave Hot Spring. In total it takes about 1 hour, and the path crosses the river several times. When the water levels are low this is an easy hike, but if the river is flowing strongly it will become more difficult.
