Shuiliandong Waterfalls (中文版: 水簾洞瀑布群) are two massive waterfalls in Nantou, Xinyi Township.  The main attraction here is a beautiful suspension bridge which is painted like a piano.  This bridge overlooks the first waterfall, offering stunning views of the main waterfall and the valley below.  Hiking there takes about 10 minutes.

The path continues beyond the bridge for another 5 minutes which takes you over the ridge to view the second waterfall on the other side.  This part of the path has been repaired, and a new, safer staircase installed. However, the beginning of the path passes under a rockfall area which has not been fully stabilized (2018/9, the is path still taped off).  Be aware of falling rocks and stay away from this area when it's raining.  Additionally, the road up to the start of the path is steep and narrow, making it difficult for cars to pass on the way, so please be friendly to each other on the road.
