Yunsen Waterfall (中文版: 雲森瀑布) is an easy 40 minute hike through a beautiful forest in New Taipei City, Sanxia District (新北市三峽區). Directly under the parking area is another waterfall named JieMei Waterfall, which I didn't go to. (Oops, please go and show me your pics).
The hike goes along an easy trail with little elevation gain for about 2km There are a few places with ropes, but for the most part, it's all pretty flat and easy to walk on.
The path opens up in a wide riverbed where there is a shallow pool, which is good for a cooling off in, and slightly upstream is the waterfall. You can get there either by climbing up the rocks from the shallow pool, or walking along the path on the left side. The path is well marked and easy to follow.
If you want to continue though, which I recommend you to do, you can continue up the trail on the left side of the waterfall. It takes you to another waterfall, Shenshan waterfall, a rest area, and then mystical open area in the river. It's also possible hike a circuit which comes out at Manyueyuan. (not shown on map)
Sisters Waterfall is downstream of Yunsen Waterfall, nearby the parking lot. You can visit them both on the same day.
