Manbo Beach (中文版：曼波海灘) is a big, beautiful beach in Hualien, Xincheng Township, not far from the entrance to Taroko National Park. It's very easy to get to the beach. It's only a 2 minute walk from the parking lot, but 4WD vehicles can also access the beach. Please be advised that beach is very steep at the shoreline, causing a shore break. This can be painful when the waves are large, which typically happens in the winter. You can check sea conditions before going at the Central Weather Bureau Website.
